Dear Attendees,

On behalf of the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers (KIEE) and the ICEF2025 Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 4th International Conference on Electrical Facilities and Information Technologies (ICEF2025), to be held from August 18 to 21, 2025, in the breathtaking island city of Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

With the theme “New Intelligence Technology: Past, Present and Future,” ICEF2025 will bring together academics, researchers, professionals, and students from around the world to share recent advances, challenges, and future visions in the fields of electrical facilities and information technologies.

This year’s conference is organized by KIEE – Electrical Facilities Society, and co-hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) and Korea National University of Transportation (KNUT). This strong international collaboration reflects our shared commitment to fostering global dialogue and innovation across disciplines.

Phu Quoc, often referred to as “the pearl of Vietnam,” is a tropical paradise famed for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and lush landscapes. The island’s serene setting, cultural richness, and modern hospitality will provide the perfect backdrop for productive academic exchange and memorable networking experiences.

ICEF2025 will feature an exciting program of keynote addresses from world-renowned experts, technical sessions, poster presentations, and interactive panel discussions. We have also planned informal “icebreaker sessions” to help build connections—especially among our international student participants—and to foster long-term research collaboration.

To complement the technical program, a warm and engaging social agenda has been prepared, beginning with a Welcome Reception and Registration Party on Monday evening, August 18, and culminating with a Gala Dinner on Wednesday, August 20.

We are sincerely grateful to the KIEE Electrical Facilities Society for organizing this important event, and extend special thanks to our co-host institutions, HCMUT and KNUT, for their valuable contributions and local support in making ICEF2025 a truly global and collaborative success.
